I couldn’t recommend this removal company highly enough! From start to finish, the communication was excellent – everything was really clear, and Amy in particular was very responsive and reassuring, which made the whole moving process feel so much less stressful. The team on the day were absolutely brilliant. We happened to move on a 34-degree day, but despite the heat they were incredibly efficient, getting everything packed up and moved amazingly quickly while still taking care of all our belongings. Everything arrived safely and nothing was damaged or broken. We unfortunately discovered that our sofa wouldn’t fit into the new house, but they arranged to store it for us at a really reasonable price and then delivered it to a storage unit a week later at a time that suited us – no fuss at all. Moving house is stressful at the best of times (let alone in 34-degree heat and at 8 months pregnant!), but the whole team made the experience so much easier. Friendly, professional, efficient and genuinely helpful throughout. We’d absolutely use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Terance and the team, whichever one we use as we use these guys a lot, always go above and beyond. If the job gets a bit tight time wise and because they have such a large crew they call a team that maybe finished quicker elsewhere than anticipated and they all help out to get the job done. Can I give 10 stars? This company is amazing. They really really are very good at what they do. Every single person was excellent at what they do and they made out move as painless as possible and helped us out at quite short notice due to being let down by another supplier. Book in advance (unlike us). I can't recommend them highly enough. Amy and Sam are super heroes. Dont even contemplate any other company.

Could not recommend these guys more. Amy in the office was incredible; so efficient, knowledgeable and just lovely. Our original movers cancelled on us two days before our move, we thought we’d been clever and found cheap ones but they had so much small print it was going to work out double the quote. When questioned, they cancelled. We called these guys and Amy immediately came to the rescue (miraculous they had availability!!) within half an hour she’d organised our entire move, sent packers over to help and turned the most nightmare situation into a total triumph. Sam, Nic, Tom, Garry, Max, Taylor and the rest of the team were The Dream. So calm, capable, organised and knew exactly what they were doing. The safest possible hands and the nicest possible guys. They have totally transparent pricing which worked out basically the same as our dodgy ‘cheap’ ones and it was so fair for the level of professionalism and effort. I will never use anyone else again and am eternally grateful. THANK YOU for the best start to our new chapter 💙
